About the role
Orderly is a decentralized trading platform that concentrates liquidity into one omnichain order book, combining the simplicity of CeFi with the power of DeFi. This remote role focuses on Chinese-speaking crypto communities.
What you'll do: Manage social media and community operations for Chinese-speaking crypto audiences to grow Orderly's brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging Chinese content on crypto market trends, Web3 ecosystem developments, and Orderly's products and initiatives, and support English-language content and marketing when needed.
You'll also connect with Chinese-speaking Web3 builders, KOLs, and ecosystem partners to build relationships and explore collaborations, and monitor crypto trends, community discussions, and content performance to improve engagement.
The challenges: staying on top of fast-moving crypto trends and turning them into relevant content, building an active community through consistent outreach, and managing content and community initiatives independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
What they're looking for: 2+ years in social media, content creation, community management, or digital marketing. Strong Chinese writing and content skills, fluent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English, and a good understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, particularly Chinese-speaking communities. A proactive self-starter with strong ownership, good execution, and a willingness to learn and experiment.
Nice to have: experience in Web3, crypto, DeFi, or fintech; experience managing social accounts or growing crypto communities; existing connections with Chinese-speaking builders, KOLs, or partners; and familiarity with DEXs, perpetual trading, or DeFi infrastructure.
Hiring process: an initial meeting with the People Team, followed by online video interviews with management and potential colleagues.
