Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of wegent.io and the Wegent games. By logging in, you agree to them.
This is a working draft written in plain language. It will be reviewed and replaced before wagering launches.
Who we are
Wegent is an early-stage project building peer-to-peer strategy games on Solana. The service is in development and offered as-is.
Your account
You log in with your X (Twitter) account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, and at least 18 to take part in any wagered play.
Keep your X account secure. You’re responsible for activity on your Wegent account.
Points
Points are a way to rank players on the leaderboard. They have no cash value, are not a token or currency, can’t be sold or transferred, and their values and rules may change. We may remove points earned through abuse, bots, multiple accounts or referral farming.
Games and wagers
Wagered play is not live yet. When it is, matches will settle through on-chain programs and transactions can’t be reversed. Wagers carry risk: play only with what you can afford to lose.
Wagered play may be unavailable in some regions. You’re responsible for making sure it’s legal where you are.
Fair play
No cheating, exploiting bugs, automating play, impersonation, or harassing other players. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
No warranty; liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Wegent isn’t liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by wallets, blockchains or third-party services.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. You can stop using Wegent at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy notice).
