About the role
Galaxy, a global leader in digital assets and data center infrastructure, is hiring interns for its nine week NYC Summer Internship Program (June 7 to August 6, 2027), on site five days a week at its New York HQ. Interns join a lean Investment Banking team advising crypto and fintech companies on M&A, capital raising and corporate strategy.
You will build and review financial analyses and valuation models (comparable companies, precedent transactions, DCF and merger models), research companies and protocols using public filings, earnings calls, industry research and onchain data, map buyer and investor universes, prepare pitch materials and memos, support live deals, and use AI tools to speed up research and analysis.
Requirements: a genuine interest in crypto and investment banking, strong analytical skills, a foundational understanding of accounting, corporate finance and valuation, familiarity with blockchain technology and token economics, strong attention to detail, and clear communication.
Eligibility: currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2029, and available on site in New York City for the full program. PhD and JD students are not eligible.
Bonus points: prior crypto or investment banking experience, token or protocol valuation models, hands-on AI tooling (APIs, agents, automated research), published crypto research or writing, and Python or SQL experience.
