About the role
A 12-week internship during summer 2027 on Coinbase's User Research team, helping researchers, designers, and product managers understand user needs across products like Coinbase Cloud and developer tools.
You will own one or more research projects, plan and execute research on complex, ambiguous product questions, deliver reports with actionable design and product recommendations, and partner with cross-functional teammates to turn user insights into product experiences.
Requirements: actively pursuing a career in user research through a research-related degree or equivalent experience, working knowledge of general and UX research principles (usability testing, design thinking), a final report from a past research project uploaded with your application, and basic knowledge of crypto and Coinbase's role in the crypto economy.
