The Directory is where people find talent. Members are ranked by reputation, with the most unique vouchers first, then the most $SOL vouched.

Pick a field to see the people in it, and use the availability menu to show Any, Open to work, or Open to collabs.

Each card shows a shield with the member’s unique voucher count, their availability, and a Portfolio link if they have one. Open a card to see the full profile.

Anyone logged in with X can post a job for free. Publish it right away, or save it as a draft that only you can see.

A published listing goes on the board immediately and stays up for 30 days from the first time you publish it. Editing it, or unpublishing and publishing again, doesn’t restart the clock. You can publish 3 listings every 24 hours.

Every listing needs a title, company, field, seniority, job type, location type, pay range, description, and an apply link or email. Apply links must start with https://, and opening one asks you to confirm before you leave Wegent.

The board shows open roles, newest first. You can search and filter by field, location, job type, and seniority. My listings shows your drafts and your posts.

Tell us your name, the project, a contact, the role, and a short brief. The contact can be an email address or an X handle, and all five are required.

We use your request to shortlist the best fits. You meet them, and we stay involved through the offer and start date.
